Series Update - October 2008
Welcome to the home of MLC Productions “Shortline Series”. Here you will be able to follow the progress of the entire production. We will offer blogs, pictures, and behind the scenes footage during the shoot. Our first railroad we will cover in this series is the Indiana Railroad (INRD). This modern day regional shortline covers over 500 Miles and moves 170,000 carloads annually. The railroad carries traffic between Chicago, Louisville, Indianapolis, and Newton, Illinois, with connections to major western and southern carriers. MLC Productions will take you inside and show you what it’s like to run a modern day shortline railroad. Run time is expected to be 60 minutes, filmed in stunning High Definition on the Sony line of professional cameras. From the customers to the cargo, the employees to the management, it’s Monopoly in real life, with real money, and real railroads. Join us on this epic journey as we explore one of the Nation’s premiere railroads from the inside out. This is the Indiana Railroad!, all aboard!
